Our mission

Our mission at Perspectives is to provide children with severe mental and physical disabilities with living conditions that allow them to grow and develop themselves as people and to build the framework of support that will allow them to continue their development as they get older.

We believe that every human being is special, everyone can contribute to society, and everyone has human dignity.

We accompany, support and protect children and adults with mental disabilities and their families, and we strive to create conditions in which they can realize their potential.

We cooperate with people and organizations that share our values and face common problems.

We are working to develop a system of social assistance and acceptance of people with special needs in Russian society.
